Cheeky Peanut is a family-run business based in Lincolnshire, UK, offering personalised, bespoke and ready-made gifts and products.

Orders

By placing an order with Cheeky Peanut, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order where necessary, in which case any payment taken will be refunded.

Personalised & Bespoke Products

Please check all names, dates, wording, photographs and other personalisation details carefully before submitting your order.

We will produce personalised products using the information supplied by you. We cannot accept responsibility for spelling mistakes, incorrect dates or other errors supplied by the customer.

Colours may vary slightly between photographs, screens and the finished product due to differences in displays and production processes.

Customer-Supplied Images & Designs

When providing photographs, artwork, logos or other material for us to reproduce, you confirm that you have the necessary permission or rights to use that material.

We reserve the right to decline an order containing material that we reasonably believe is unlawful or infringes another person's rights.

Prices & Payment

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£). The price shown when you place your order, together with any applicable delivery charge, is the amount payable.

Payment must be received before an order is processed unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery

We aim to prepare and dispatch orders within the times stated on our website or agreed with you. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Returns, Cancellations & Refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds are dealt with in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and your statutory rights.

Personalised or bespoke products generally cannot be returned simply because you have changed your mind, although this does not affect your rights if goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

We make every reasonable effort to describe and photograph our products accurately. As many of our products are handmade, printed, engraved or individually produced, minor variations may occur.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
