Processing Times
Cheeky Peanut is a small family-run business and many of our products are made, printed or personalised to order. We aim to prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
If an item is required by a particular date, please contact us before ordering and we will let you know whether we can accommodate your request.
UK Delivery
We currently offer the following UK postage options:
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 – £3.95
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £4.95
- Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For – £5.95
- Royal Mail Special Delivery – £9.95
The delivery service selected applies once your order has been dispatched and does not include our processing time.
Local Delivery
Free local delivery may be available in selected local areas. Where available, this will be shown or agreed when ordering.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Once an order has been handed to the delivery provider, occasional delays may occur that are outside our control.
Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the item and packaging so that we can help resolve the issue.
If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will assist with tracking or investigating the delivery.
